SATU Events may also use Client feedback, testimonials, reviews, and non-confidential statements—whether written, verbal, or electronic—provided during or after the working relationship for marketing and promotional purposes.

Services & Scope of Work
SATU Events provides bespoke wedding and event design services, including but not limited to stationery, signage, printed and digital collateral, and event branding.
The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and inclusions are defined exclusively in the Client’s invoice and/or selected service package. Any services not expressly listed are not included and may incur additional fees.
Packages & Inclusions
SATU Events offers curated service packages. Each package includes only the items listed in the invoice. Package contents may not be substituted or exchanged unless agreed to in writing.
Unused package elements are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Design Process, Revisions & Approval
Each project includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional revisions will be billed at an additional fee.
No design revisions will be accepted within five (5) months of the scheduled wedding or event date, including but not limited to content, layout, color, sizing, or material changes.
Client approval of designs—whether written, electronic, or implied—constitutes final acceptance. SATU Events is not responsible for errors, omissions, or changes requested after approval.
Payment Terms
All invoices must be paid in full before SATU Events will commence work, reserve dates, or release deliverables.
Failure to submit full payment constitutes refusal of service.
Refund Policy
All SATU Events services involve bespoke, custom design work. No refunds will be issued once design work has commenced, except as expressly outlined in the cancellation section below.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations Prior to Production
If a cancellation is submitted after art direction approval but before design deliverables enter production, the Client may be eligible for a 50% refund of amounts paid.
Cancellations After Production
Once design deliverables have entered production, no refunds will be issued.
Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, all completed work and incurred costs remain payable. SATU Events does not guarantee availability for rescheduled dates.
Production, Printing & Quality Issues
Any quality issues related to printed deliverables must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt.
Failure to notify SATU Events within this timeframe constitutes acceptance of the deliverables as received.
Upon timely notice, SATU Events will assess the issue and, at its discretion, work to resolve the matter or propose a reasonable solution.
SATU Events is not responsible for issues caused by third-party printers, shipping carriers, venues, or misuse after delivery.
